Based on a traditional form of yoga that uses sets of movement, called Kundalini Kriyas, to move energy quickly and shift one’s state, this class creates a lasting feeling of ease in the body and mind by using challenging movements synced to the breath. A greater sense of self-awareness will be fostered as you let the breath guide your movements. Appropriate for all levels with modifications being offered.

Classes are structured to be accessible to all and is perfect for anyone new to, or experienced in, Yoga as it provides many anchors for the mind, body, and spirit. A wide variety of breaths will be practiced to regulate the nervous system and relieve anxiety. Once practiced, they can be taken off the mat and into life whenever you find yourself in a stressful situation, or anticipating one.
