Warriors Element is the traditional Japanese martial arts-inspired breath and core control infused with the motion and spiritual centeredness of Yoga. 

Building on the overlapping elements and similarities between the ancient Japanese Military self-defense Art of Aikido, I combine it with the best of Hatha and other Yoga inspirations to create Warrior’s elements.

As I was articulating the concepts of breath and relaxation required to perform my ancient Japanese martial arts, the Yoga studio owner said, “Oh my goodness, that’s just like Yoga”! She insisted that I participate in a yoga teacher training course. So, I completed the 200-hour yoga teaching training and certification. I have to say that I really enjoyed its similarities with my years of Martial Arts training and experience that lead to mu Black Belts.

I teach the Warrior Elements principles to help my students strive for improved confidence, performance, and focus in many areas of their personal lives. 

Warrior’s Elements students also learn skills to calmly protect themselves and their loved ones in any situation. Imagine being able to be in control of yourself and have the confidence in your ability to calmly respond to every situation life might throw at you in the most effective way.  This includes at work, at home, and even at play.

Warriors Elements help men and women hone their Yoga style workouts with an under controll mindset and effective self-defense abilities without any of the kicking and punching of other martial art forms.

I created Warriors Elements shortly after I was asked to teach self-defense to the Yoga studio owner in the same commercial space as my martial arts Dojo.
